  GuardianTrac Simplifies the Process
 


We designed our services to achieve two important goals: 1) Remove the paperwork burden from caseworkers and supports coordinators and 2) Bring another advocate for the consumer to the table by providing face-to-face service. Our technical background has resulted in a highly streamlined system which requires much less time on the part of agency personnel while assuring more consistency in the preparation of a large number of documents. From two simple documents that can be filled out in minutes we are able to complete approximately 20 required documents to enable a consumer to be an employer. These forms are then reviewed and ready for signature with GuardianTrac Field Service staff present to provide explanation and guidance at a meeting with the stakeholders. Further, GuardianTrac Administrative Service personnel are experienced professionals who make sure everyone is covered properly under state and federal guidelines while tailoring reports to meet the needs of both the CMH administrators and consumers.
